At Deep Water Services we are always working towards minimizing our environmental footprint. We are focused on reducing our impact where we are able. This includes choosing:

- Video conferences instead of overseas meetings

- Home offices instead of a separate main office building

- Company awareness concerning waste management and water use

Whilst thinking of our CO2 footprint, DWS also wants to be a respected player when it comes to social responsibility.   

While the energy industry is facing a paradigm shift with major future investments in energy infrastructure, the skills shortage is a fact across the industry.

DWS are constantly aiming towards employing both highly experienced crew and teaching young people how to become that uniqe blend of creativity, problem solving, workmanship and work ethic conciousness. This is, what we believe, to be the greatest tool bringing the industry into the future with all the skills needed. We are also an approved company for apprenticeships (lærebedrift) through Opplæringskontoret for Oljerelaterte fag.
